I record all the episodes of Special Delivery on my DVR. They're all reruns now. I don't think that they make new episodes anymore. The last two I watched both involved women with IC. One didn't mention the name Incompetent Cervix, but the woman had a cerclage and had lost 4 babies previously. The second actually mentioned IC and this lady had lost 3 babies. Why in the world do these women have to suffer so many losses before their doctors decide to do something to try and prevent it. Is a cerclage not worth a shot even if you're not 100% sure it is IC?

I used to ALWAYS watch Special Delivery before and during my pregnancy, it's too hard for me to watch now, but I would have definitely wanted to see anything that even only hints at IC. I agree with you 100% that a cerclage should be offered or tried even if the doctors aren't 100% certain if that should be the diagnosis. I know that all of us would have done anything that we could do give our babies a fighting chance, but so often we don't know anything until it is "too late" to try and do anything...
